Plan the transfer details
Share the airport, timing, luggage and mobility information in advance.
PrimaFahrten is reachable around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. New enquiries are normally answered within 24 hours, although enquiries received on weekends or public holidays can take longer to process.
Flight, pickup and luggage details
Provide the airport or terminal, pickup address, flight time, preferred pickup time and the amount of luggage. For a BER arrival, include the ETA and flight number; the driver meets you at the appropriate gate at the agreed time. Up to seven accompanying people can travel at no additional cost. The high-roof Mercedes Sprinter vehicles provide generous luggage space; include the number of people, baggage and mobility aids in the request.
Short agreed waiting periods can be included in planning. Additional airport waiting time may be charged depending on the situation, so we discuss an uncertain arrival or return window in advance.
Mobility requirements
Describe any wheelchair or walking aid, whether a transfer must be discussed, and the access conditions at the pickup point. PrimaFahrten uses Mercedes Sprinter vehicles with lifting platforms, not ramps, and can provide door-to-door assistance with walking, wheelchair pushing, stairs, baggage or medical equipment.
