Mobility and building access
State whether a wheelchair or walking aid is used and describe stairs, floor, lift and the route between the entrance and vehicle. This is especially important for a ride after hospital discharge, when ward access and exact timing still need to be confirmed. If an accompanying person should travel too, include this in the request. Return and recurring rides
For a return journey, provide the known or expected time. Recurring rides require the weekdays, period and requirements that remain the same.
