Base price and surcharges

The base price for a private ride within Berlin’s S-Bahn Ring is around €95 including VAT per direction. Depending on the journey, applicable surcharges, actual parking costs or individually agreed additional services may be added. The final price depends on the route, the required support and the individual circumstances of the journey.

A 25% surcharge applies to Saturday rides and to rides between 21:00 and 04:00. Sunday rides carry a 50% surcharge. If more than one surcharge applies to a journey, the applicable surcharges may be added together. We confirm the total price before the ride is booked.

For airport pickups, the actual parking costs incurred may be charged additionally. Other optional services, such as stair-chair assistance, are agreed individually where required.

Payment and cancellations

Private rides are generally paid before departure. We will agree the exact payment arrangement with you. Bank transfer or invoice payment is preferred; cash payment can also be arranged where appropriate. Cancellations are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
