Provide the practice or facility address, appointment time, preferred pickup time and any known return details. At larger sites, include the entrance, building section or agreed meeting point.
Mobility and access
State whether a wheelchair or walking aid is used and describe stairs, lifts and entrances at the pickup point and destination. A requested accompanying person must also be included. PrimaFahrten reviews these details before confirming the journey.

Whether a journey can be prescribed, approved or reimbursed depends on the individual case. PrimaFahrten does not guarantee reimbursement. Confirm medical and formal requirements with the treating practice and your health insurer.
