Planning longer journeys

For longer rehabilitation journeys, we plan the route together with you, including luggage, mobility aids, accompanying passengers and appropriate breaks. Requests for journeys to destinations elsewhere in Europe can be reviewed individually.

Costs and approval

Depending on the case, the responsible cost bearer may be a health-insurance provider, pension-insurance provider or another rehabilitation organisation. Approval must be clarified individually before the journey. A longer journey to or from a rehabilitation facility does not necessarily follow the same process as a standard medical transport prescribed using Muster 4.
