Plan before travelling
We review the vehicle configuration, access, assistance, mobility aids and timing for the individual journey. Wheelchairs are secured with an appropriate multi-point restraint system on the vehicle floor; the seated passenger is additionally secured with a passenger safety belt.

Costs and confirmation
We can prepare an individual cost estimate. A cost carrier may be responsible only where the individual case is approved and the required documents are available; the decision remains with the relevant cost carrier.
