School rides in Berlin

PrimaFahrten plans individual and group school journeys for children and young people with different mobility needs, including group rides for school outings and class trips. Pickup, suitable seating and handover are agreed with the family and school in advance.

Planning and handover

Before recurring school transport begins, we coordinate pickup, handover arrangements and responsible contact people with the family and institution, in the same way we agree handover for daycare rides. Where authorisations or specific handover arrangements are needed, these are agreed with the parents and responsible institution. A familiar driver can be considered where scheduling allows, but cannot be guaranteed.

Cost estimate and approval

Where a public cost bearer may be responsible, we can provide the information required for a cost estimate. The documents and offers needed depend on the specific process. Approval and reimbursement remain the responsibility of the respective cost bearer.
